The district of Ngoma have put forward the following objectives to be attained.
1. Improve the quality of the education for all, Take care of the youth and promote the culture;
2. Improve the health condition of the population, the well-being of the families, the protection of children and promotion of the Gender;
3. Contribute to the lasting economic growth;
4. Develop the socio-economic infrastructure;
5. Provide to the population effective and efficicient services
6. To maximize the takings of the district;
7. Develop the capacities of the staff of the staff;
8. Coordinate and ensure the follow up and the assessment of the programs of the district.
